Participants will learn how elements like acidity, sweetness, tannin, body, and flavor intensity shape successful pairings, building confidence to choose wines for everyday meals, special occasions, and dining out.

Tasters will explore how wine lists are organized, how to identify styles and price points, and how to ask informed questions when speaking with a sommelier or server. The goal is to make ordering wine feel less intimidating and more enjoyable.
